Aditya left his career in finance working for Citigroup and Capital One to pursue his dream of becoming a health coach. Aditya’s passion for health and fitness stems from his own fat loss journey, losing 70 lb and learning various methods to keep the weight off for a decade now. Aditya doesn’t have a traditional background in exercise science- he graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management concentrating in Finance and Data Analytics. Aditya follows his curiosity; in his free time, he continues to expand his knowledge on Weight Loss, Strength, and Conditioning through books, podcasts, PubMed research, and subject-matter-experts. He’s also been applying his curiosity to videography so don’t be surprised if you see him walking around WMMA with a camera.
Changing careers was a dream Aditya was ready for but had been delaying out of fear. Training at Williamsburg MMA gave him the confidence to conquer that fear and live his dream.
