$25 per 30 minute class

$35 for Two classes/1 hour class.

2:15pm P.S. 31 Pick up.

2:30pm: P.S. 110 pick up.

2:45-4pm: Children may eat their snacks or food their parents prepared or ordered. once finished kids get started on their homework. ​

If homework is done, kids will have open play till class time at 4pm. 

Open play options: Football, soccer, rugby, basketball, Musical instruments, art...

4:00pm - 5:00pm: Class time

Kid classes follow the same weekly sllybus as our adult programs, some modifications are made for safety and each classes experience level.

​

Kids will develop an understanding and knowledge in the following arts: boxing, Muay that, jiu-jitsu, judo, Greco Roman, freestyle and folkstyle wrestling. Kids will furthermore develop life skills and positive traits through the course of their training. 

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday classes are taught by Prof. Roger who has been teaching since 2000.
